A signature is typically required for delivery. We deliver during business hours; please use an address where you know the recipient or another adult will be available. The name of the recipient will always be on the box, so the recipient can easily be informed.
NJD accepts responsibility for the timely delivery of your order in accordance with the selected shipping method NJD is not responsible for a failed deliveries where:
(1) The customer provides an incorrect or old address
(2) The gift recipient is on vacation and/or not available
(3) Severe weather conditions.
If the delivery company has to return a product to NJD for any of the above reasons (except for severe weather conditions), neither the product nor the shipping will be refunded. However, the customer may request to reship the product if he or she agrees to pay the shipping and handling charge a second time. If the address was incorrect or outdated at the first delivery attempt, NJD will only reship the product if a new delivery address is provided by the customer. Please note that if the product is damaged when returned, we cannot reship the same product. Therefore, an extra fee may apply according to the product’s value if the customer wishes to reship a new product.

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our product, simply return the item to our store and we will offer you a replacement or if you have a gift receipt or an original receipt, a refund.
For purchases made online, your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition, no matter the weather, to delight you and those that receive your gifts! If you are not completely satisfied with your order upon arrival, please contact Customer Care immediately for a prompt and courteous replacement or exchange of your item.
Due to the nature of our products (perishable items), we have a strict no refund policy therefore our chocolates can’t be returned or exchanged.
